New Brunswickers are blessed to be living in such a beautiful, interesting and culturally diverse province. Tourism Week is an ideal time to get out and explore all that New Brunswick has to offer.
Be warmed by the sun on our beaches. Be wowed by our culture at festivals around the province. Be part of our history at Kings Landing, Le Village Historique Acadien or Le Pays de la Sagouine.
Be amazed by our natural wonders – our dramatic scenery, cascading rivers, stunning coastlines and the highest tides on the planet. New Brunswick is home to spectacular dunes, rare whales, a vibrant culture and bon vivant smiles that greet you everywhere you go. A New Brunswick vacation is magnifique.
The tourism industry in New Brunswick is an important part of our government's goal of self-sufficiency. It generates a total of 33,800 person-years of employment and contributes $1.2-billion annually to the provincial economy.
This summer I encourage all New Brunswickers to tour our beautiful province, visit our unique attractions and experience our interesting and diverse culture. Celebrate Tourism Week, and be a tourist in your own province.
