POLICE are seeking public help to locate a German tourist who is believed to have lived in the Sutherland area.

His family reported him missing in May 2007.

Sebastian Heinel is described as being of European appearance, 29 years old, 185cm to 190cm tall, with a thin build, light brown hair and brown eyes.
